Blood Orange Rosemary Cocktail
Bourbon based cocktail with citrus and rosemary.
Rosemary simple syrup:
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 6 sprigs of rosemary - squish them with the side of a knife first
Rosemary cocktail
- 8 oz basil hadyn bourbon
- 2 1/2 blood oranges’ juice
- Half a lemon squeezed
- 6 tablespoons on rosemary simple syrup
- Garnish each glass with a slice of blood orange on the rim and a tall sprig of rosemary. Be sure to squeeze the rosemary to release the aromatics
Note: best served in a lowball glass
