Pinapple Ginger Smoothie
Ingredients
- Frozen pinapple (1 cup)
- Frozen Mango (1 cup)
- Lime - 1 whole lime juiced
- Fresh ginger (one 1 cm x 1 cm cube)
- Oatmilk or skim milk (1/2 cup)
- plain or vanilla yogurt (1/2 cup)
- banana (1)
Now just toss it all in the blender and buzz buzz motha flippa!
